24th Scrim results.

hey mercs,

first of all thanks for being present for the scrim, it mite have been alot worse if we had been forfeited due to shortage of players.
when i and Colo discussed about this scrim, we were pretty sure that the primary objective for this scrim was not to win. the primary objective was to enjoy and play as a team, which we failed to do....we lacked communications and teamwork and were brushed aside by the UO in all three matches. we have the potential in our members to win any clan but until we work as a team and communicate, we won't be able to.
Another issue was that when Blademaster posted two or three post to ask who was willing to play in the scrim, the responses were poor. but today suddenly a lot of our members came inside the server and wanted to play. if you do not declare yourself in the call up, do not expect yourself to play.
Finally, what we can review from this scrim is that, we might have had a bad result, but we are a growing clan, we should learn from our mishaps, get better. We should start playing as a team and not like a bunch of individual thrown together. we should be able to guess the movement and instincts of our teammates and not play in our way and expect miracle to happen.
last but not least, if u join merc just to play a scrim and not get involve in the community, be gone. merc is a big clan and if all of us want to play in the scrim it will be impossible. we will all get a chance to play for merc in scrims, be patient and sometimes sacrifices must be made.

ya true wat limpeh said, and also we told to come for training but some of u were not present and wanted to play for the scrim...

maybe come regularly everyday at 9 pm to Mei Haruka Server is a good start for us?? as we dont really know each other..

I feel the frustration and pain of those who tried to get things coordinated and organised but just some individuals have to screw things up.

MY SUGGESTION in future, you guys have to see who are the genuine members like joining Merc because of being part of it OR just for the scrim. In future, PM the ones playing and NOT post in forums. If u post in forums, this is what you get for not being active and suddenly pop up. I'm outsider but I'm offering some suggestion because Merc has the potential!! I'm sadden I cud not tap or play alongside some of the potential in Merc. but i hope Merc will continue to grow strong cos u guys just rock!

yes, Merc has the firepower to match -=[UO]=- and we won not because we were good, but we were playing more as a team. If FFA, i think Merc cud have easily won.

So to the rest of the Merc members, you have to be part of the clan. Play with the clan and train with the clan. Communicate and play like 1 heart..

The problem is some of us don't even have a communicating software like Skype or Steam or MSN or even Xfire (lol). If we can't even communicate how are we supposed to do teamwork? Mind reading?!!

if u guys play together long enough...it's telepathy.

Poor responses in forum and suddenly 6237347834734 merc members, and all of em wanna play. Like i say, good members are members who are active in forums. Let the forum guide you.

i wasnt there at scrim!!! lol but its ok.... anyway UO all use communication software to communicate one is it....

and i have to agree that for new members like me, i dont really know all the members yet... participating more together in the mei haruka server will definitely help the bonding and for new comers to get to know the lao liaos

lol i print screen ma... that website got all the player stats.... u can see how many UOs there are in the top 10 rofl... anyway according to the ranking noober is the highest rank among the Mercs.....
